* Earn MQMs on Flights: MQMs earned through flight activity are calculated based on distance traveled and fare class purchased on Delta, Delta Connection®, Delta Shuttle®, SkyTeam® partners, and Alaska Airlines. Qualification Segments are earned through flight activity on Delta, Delta Connection, Delta Shuttle, SkyTeam partners, and Alaska Airlines. Each airline calculates elite status qualification differently. SkyMiles members do not earn MQMs or Qualification Segments on Avianca, China Airlines, Hawaiian Airlines, and Singapore Airlines operated flights.

** 10,000 MQMs with First Purchase: 10,000 Delta Medallion® Qualification Miles will be awarded after your first purchase on the Delta Reserve for Business Credit Card. Please allow 8 to 12 weeks after your first purchase for the bonus miles to appear in your Delta SkyMiles account. Upgrades from a Delta SkyMiles® Options Credit Card, Classic Delta SkyMiles Business Credit Card, or a Gold Delta SkyMiles Business Credit Card to a Delta Reserve for Business Credit Card will receive 10,000 Medallion® Qualification Miles. Upgrades from a Platinum Delta SkyMiles Business Credit Card to a Delta Reserve for Business Credit Card will receive 5,000 Medallion® Qualification Miles. This offer is valid for first-time Delta SkyMiles Business Credit Cardmembers only. If you already have or had any other Delta SkyMiles Business Credit Card from American Express Account(s), you are eligible to receive only the incremental difference between the Welcome Bonus miles offered herein and the amount offered with such other Account(s). You may be permitted to have more than one Delta SkyMiles Business Credit Card account; however, you are eligible to receive Welcome Bonus miles for only one Card account. Additional Cardmembers are not eligible.

† Up to 30,000 MQMs Each Year: The close of the calendar year is December 31, without regard to the time of the year that the account is opened. If in any calendar year your Eligible Spending on your Delta Reserve for Business Credit Card is $30,000 or more, you will be awarded 15,000 Bonus Miles and 15,000 Medallion Qualification Miles (MQMs). The 15,000 MQMs are not redeemable and only count toward Medallion status. The MQMs are yours to keep or gift to someone else, and if in that same calendar year your Eligible Spending on your Delta Reserve for Business Credit Card is $60,000 or more, you will be awarded 15,000 Bonus Miles and 15,000 MQMs. The MQMs are yours to keep or gift to someone else. MQM gift recipients must have a valid SkyMiles account. If within 90 days, you do not elect to designate an MQM recipient, the MQMs will be deposited in your SkyMiles account. You may be permitted to have more than one Classic, Gold, Platinum, or Delta Reserve Card from American Express account; however, you are only eligible to receive one annual bonus for each type (i.e., Classic, Gold, Platinum, or Delta Reserve) of Delta SkyMiles Business Credit Card account from American Express.
