20,000 bonus SkyMiles® will be awarded after your first purchase on the Delta SkyMiles Gold Credit Card. Please allow 8-12 weeks after your first purchase for the bonus miles to appear in your Delta SkyMiles account. First purchase offer expires one year from time of Card account opening. You may be permitted to have more than one Delta SkyMiles Credit Card account; however, you are eligible to receive welcome bonus miles for only one Card account. Additional Cardmembers are not eligible.
In each year of Cardmembership, your mileage earnings are limited to $100,000 of eligible spending, not including bonuses. However, one mile for every two U.S. dollars of eligible spending on Delta charges will be awarded above this limit. Bonus miles will be posted to your Delta SkyMiles account 8 to 12 weeks after the end of each month. To be eligible to receive bonus miles, Cardmember’s account must be active and not in default at time of bonus fulfillment. Balance transfers, Express Cash, Cash Advances, U.S. Savings Bonds transactions, and American Express® Travelers Cheques and Gift Cheques do not earn miles.
2,500 bonus miles will be awarded to your Delta SkyMiles account for each approved Additional Card submitted with this application, up to a maximum of 5,000 bonus miles. Bonus miles will be posted to your account 8 to 12 weeks after each Card application is approved.
Earn miles as you spend
You can automatically earn two miles for every eligible dollar you spend on qualifying Delta, Northwest, and Delta Vacations purchases.6
This offer applies to qualifying Delta, Northwest, Delta Connection (R) carrier, and Delta Shuttle (R) flights taken with the purchase of a fare that is eligible for SkyMiles mileage credit. Offer applies to Delta Vacations® packages but not other all-inclusive packages. In each year of Cardmembership, your miles are limited to $60,000 of eligible spending ($100,000 for Gold Delta SkyMiles Credit Cardmembers, unlimited for Platinum Delta SkyMiles Credit Cardmembers) not including bonuses. Eligible on Delta, Delta Connection carrier (except American Eagle, BigSky and ExpressJet flight number series 7750 - 7829), Delta Shuttle, and certain Northwest flights operated under the Delta code flights (excludes all other Delta-designated codeshare flights). Companion certificate valid for one $99 round-trip Coach-Class companion ticket with the purchase of certain adult round-trip fares on published routings within the 48 contiguous United States. Residents of Hawaii and Alaska must originate from there to the 48 contiguous United States. Companion Tickets do not include Federal Excise Tax of $3.60, Passenger Facility Charge(s) of up to $4.50, or the September 11th Security Fee of up to $2.50 for each flight segment.
